Our Work – CJD

Madison Square Garden

We led the IT and AV design and installation for Madison Square Garden’s corporate office at 2 Penn Plaza, covering 300k square feet. Upon completion of technology design, we installed audio visual systems for meeting rooms, executive offices, and multiple IT rooms, with two massive lobby video walls welcoming visitors. Our work included over 80 collaboration spaces, from huddle rooms to the CEO’s boardroom, with digital signage and training areas, all seamlessly integrated for optimal use.

Sumitomo

Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank partnered with CJD to design and build their new space at Hoboken’s Waterfront Corporate Center. CJD worked closely with Sumitomo’s team to deliver audio visual, IT, and physical security solutions. This project featured conference rooms, a large boardroom, as well as general gathering spaces and open area locations.

Cleary Gottlieb

CJD partnered with Cleary Gottlieb and the project team to provide low voltage consulting services for their two-floor buildout in San Francisco. Our team was involved early in the design phase, developing specifications, vetting vendors, and providing recommendations to the general contractor. We remained engaged throughout the project, supporting weekly construction administration to ensure a smooth implementation. We continue to work with Cleary Gottlieb on an AV system refresh in their Washington, DC office and communications upgrades in Palo Alto.

Trout National The Reserve

We partnered with ownership and the design team to develop and implement AV systems and data connectivity across Trout National The Reserve a premier private golf club. From admin offices and guest lodges to customer-facing spaces, we designed seamless solutions. Each of these buildings has IT rooms with a fiber backbone to the clubhouse and wireless connectivity. At the 65,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, we integrated zoned audio, distributed CATV, digital signage, and AV for dining, outdoor areas, and gaming spaces.

LIV GOLF

We worked with LIV Golf and the project team to design and install the low voltage cabling, physical security and audio/visual systems in their new office in Hudson Yards. The Audio-Visual design included multiple small and medium sized conference rooms, a large boardroom, open area displays, executive suites, pantry, casual meeting areas, an edit room and digital signage in the reception area.

ICBC

ICBC Standard Resources partnered with CJD to design and build new space at 1185 Ave of the Americas. CJD worked closely with ICBC’s team to design and build the audio visual, low voltage, wireless, and physical security. The scope of the build included multiple conference rooms, a large boardroom, as well as a café/general gathering space and open area locations.

Springhill Company

CJD was brought on as the technology partner for the Springhill Company – an entertainment development and production company founded by Lebron James and Maverick Carter. The SpringHill New York City office is located on the top floor of a premier downtown office building with unparalleled views of New York harbor. Our team provided technology consulting and design of all audio/visual technology, physical security, wireless network and low voltage cable plant. Aside from consulting and design services, CJD also provided full installation and integration services for all aspects of the office technology.

Russell Reynolds Associates

CJD has served as a trusted project management and technology partner to Russell Reynolds Associates for many years. Working with RRA, CJD oversees overall project coordination for all new office builds as well as office refreshes. From the design of the low voltage cable plant, implementing physical security, and coordinating of Audio/Visual design, installation, and integration, CJD acts as a central point of contact for RRA’s technology vendors. We work with RRA’s IT and Real Estate management as well as all project team members, ensuring that technology is designed, coordinated and built to RRA’s standards.

TD Bank

We are TD's national partner supporting their retail and expansion renovation programs covering their 1,100+ branch network in the US. Services we provide include portfolio planning, design, project management, construction administration, and moves-adds-changes. Some recent projects include complete redesigns of over 100 locations, dozens of new retail locations, refresh of the national ATM network, and more. CJD also provides services across TD's data centers and corporate portfolios in the US.

Nasdaq

Our team spearheaded a transformative initiative for Nasdaq focused on streamlining and relocating their office space. CJD provided assistance with IT, AV, and security. We also supported with schematic design, product selection, document preparation for construction, for all of their technology and played a pivotal role in orchestrating Nasdaq's seamless transition to their new facility.

NY Mets

CJD was engaged as the design and integration partner for the New York Mets' Audio Visual systems for their new executive Hub and luxury suites. This space includes executive offices, a pantry, conference rooms, gathering areas, video walls, multiple TVs, and an advanced audio system.

Royal Bank of Canada

Since 2018, Royal Bank of Canada has partnered with CJD to design over 130 locations across their U.S. footprint, focusing primarily on Wealth Management and Capital Markets. Our collaboration has ensured that every space meets the highest standards of quality and functionality, reinforcing RBC’s brand and service excellence.

Indeed

Our team was proud to work on this significant project for Indeed Tower, serving as Indeed’s Austin headquarters. The focus was on creating a highly flexible workspace that could be quickly reconfigured at a moment's notice, The project included 10 floors of office space and luxury amenities all packed with cutting-edge technology. One of the many highlights in the project include several large video walls, one of which folds down from the ceiling! CJD played a pivotal role from strategy and execution providing services such as audiovisual project management, low voltage design, vendor management, and construction administration to ensure the project's success.

Adidas

Relocating and Constructing Adidas NYC HQ Offices & Showrooms! Our team brought innovation to life with high-end AV systems, including a 20' video wall, real-time news feeds, and social media digital signage. We designed for seamless communication with new copper and fiber structured cabling, supporting voice, data, AV, wireless, and security/access control. We performed a range of services, including IT and AV project management, and Design, spanning from schematic design through construction completion. Our services encompassed specifications, procurement administration, and construction administration.
